As Zach suggested, newer upstream version (0.99.7-rc1) is built fine.
If Sebastien wouldn't upload it, I want to upload it as NMU.

Somehow I cannot reproduce it with pbuilder and normal environment (sid) on
amd64 node. language-env-0.69/check_translation works fine as below.
