Hmm, apparently tahoe-lafs has been removed from testing due to this bug
(see https://release.debian.org/britney/hints/auto-removals).
Some warning would have been nice.
The fix of adding the net-tools dependency is trivial, so I don't know how
this slipped through the cracks.

Apparently my mail client can't be convinced not to mangle the second
patch, due to the unfuzzed gettext translations in po/*.po{,t},

If I apply the attached patch to FindSamba.cmake from kdelibs5-dev, then the
cmake configuration can find the smbclient library again, and the package build
succeeds. (The latest uploads of samba4 moved the header to
/usr/include/samba-4.0 so it wasn't being found.
