For some reason, cln's control file hardcodes all the dependencies; in
the case of libcln3c2 and pi, this is in violation of Policy 8.6,
which mandates using ${shlibs:Depends}, as produced by dpkg-shlibdeps
(or indirectly by dh_shlibdeps).
