When tcsd is not already running, say because of #521245, upgrading to say
0.3.1-9 fails, because the when the
trousers prerm tries to stop tcsd, it's already not running. The init script
should not return
Very nice. I know GRASS commands should be given within GRASS but
thought that ldd should not report missing linked libraries outside of
it. Thanks and apologies for the unnecessary report.
