Pacemaker was compiled in unstable to a newer version of libqb0 (0.14
or 0.17). In testing/jessie there's only libqb0 (0.11).
I'm not (at least not intentionally) pulling in packages from unstable.
Both pacemaker and libcrmcommon3 seem to be from testing/jessie:

This is an unusual package because it should only ever been installed in a
Debian chroot that is running on an Android device. I cannot think of any
other instance that makes sense to install this package. So if anyone can

That's right, I forgot migration from older version of Apache.
Didn't find any built-in solution provided by apache2 package, so I
assumed I had to deal with that from phamm postinst postrm scripts.
