Taking a look in error, I used apt-file to search about gst-1.5.typelib, as described in this page[1], and found it in gir1.2-gstreamer-1.0 package. So, was to install this package and Lios works again. IMHO, isn't a good idea to add this package as dependency of Lios? [1]
