Hello Gubjon, Recompiling python-qscintilla2 did the trick - here is the workaround for other eric users: You can use apt-build to do the full rebuild automatically: sudo apt-build install python-qscintilla2 Otherwise here's the manual rebuilding: Get the sources from the Debian repos:
