I have confirmed that ibus-mozc is installed in the GNOME environment by
installing the tasksel/task-japanese-gnome-desktop packages with this patch
applied.

As also pointed out at 889110, I think that this is not a problem of
udev or bluez, but
a problem of kenrel.
If you delete or rename /lib/udev/rules.d/97-hid2hci.rules and restart
your sysrtem,

Using of the udev rule is reasonable as this activates any BT adapter
as soon as it is plugged in. Maintaining this via an init script works

The issue appeared after upgrade to version 5.21.
The udev rule 50-bluetooth-hci-auto-poweron.rules tries to
run /usr/bin/hciconfig tool. This rule is executed at early stage
of boot process (/etc/rcS.d/S02udev) when /usr is mounted later
(/etc/rcS.d/S09mountall.sh). In my understanding this tool must be
installed in /sbin directory as one needed at boot time.
Alternatively this must be managed somehow at later stage (e.g.
'udevadm trigger --verbose --action=add --subsystem-match=bluetooth
--sysname-match=hci*' command in /etc/init.d/bluetooth)
I see.
I enabled the hciX in bluetooth.init in earlier versions.
I will revert this and remove 50-bluetooth-hci-auto-poweron.rules
from bluez package
I tried the mentioned above udevadm command and it helped. See
modified file below. It also contains alterations to fix bug
#754830.

Instead of having each udev rule having to work around this issue, it
would be much better to simply mount /usr via the initramfs and
discourage the use of a separate /usr partition.
dracut can already do that, for initramfs-tools there is [1].
As a reality check you might be interested in the attached list.

I have NMU'ed cairo-dock-plug-ins switching it to gnutls28 as its build
dependencies were uninstallable on all arches, preventing it from being
rebuilt

Sorry, this work is delayed.
Most of the files in modules/gpu/test/nvidia/ is DFSG Non-free.
They are also provided the latest OpenCV, but the license was changed by
commit f0b19d4659045b00c55f849187cd657b21a13e5d.
It took a patch from commit the license was modified. And I fix the
problems in the license by applying.

opencv distributed in wheezy includes source code of non-free (#724920).
I want to solve this problem.

(for the records, we usually prefer when bugs are fixed in testing /
unstable before considering updates in stable.) Anyway, if the files
indeed got relicensed under a suitable license, why should they get
removed from an earlier release? At best we could ship a package with
updated headers and licensing info to reflect the facts all those files
are actually OK?

This version fixes a problem that can not be build applications using opencv.
But visp has other build error by libusb.h in /usr/include/libfreenect.hpp.

That's wrong and broken. That's a bug in opencv, not in libav. Here is
the uptream bug report: http://code.opencv.org/issues/1925.
Fixing opencv's pkg-config file makes libav build again.
Reassigning this bug to libopencv-dev, raising the severity and marking
libav as affected.

Hi,
since the gnome-phone-manager FTBFS blocks the libgnome-bluetooth
transition, I've prepared a patch and uploaded a fixed patch to
DELAYED/2. The full debdiff is attached.
Please let me know if you don't consider the patch appropriate and you
want me to cancel the NMU.
If you are fine with the NMU, you can also let me know. In this case I
would upload to DELAYED/0, ie. without delay.

The package fails to build in a test rebuild on at least amd64 with
gcc-4.8/g++-4.8, but succeeds to build with gcc-4.7/g++-4.7. The
severity of this report may be raised before the jessie release.

To build with GCC 4.8, either set CC=gcc-4.8 CXX=g++-4.8 explicitly,
or install the gcc, g++, gfortran, ... packages from experimental.
apt-get -t experimental install g++ g++-4.7 g++-4.8 libc6-dev
The test rebuild was done with eglibc-2.17 and GCC-4.8, so some issues
might be caused by the updated glibc.
I checked this package with gcc-4.8, but I coulld not reproduced.
The cause of this problem is in octave and I think that it solved in #705485.
