I already tried to set the test timeout to 30 minutes, but it still
fails on 1-core amd64 box (virtualbox environment).
So the patch is the tentative fix so far.

Of course I can upload a backports version, but I guess it will be the
same on your side.
Maybe you can clean up ~/.local/share/torbrowser/ folder and try again.
