At least on Bullseye and sid, any pdf-redact-tools operation fails
with an error like:
convert-im6.q16: attempt to perform an operation not allowed by the security
policy `PDF' @ error/constitute.c/IsCoderAuthorized/421.

The practical result of this change is: only the device id tested last
in the pipeline (i.e. 4325) is considered to be supported.
I suggest simply reverting that commit.

a package that Works For Me™:
* Patch install.rdf to set maxVersion to 9.*.
* Rebuild to update ${xpi:Breaks}.
The attached (Git) patch series implement this (yeah, the version is wrong).
This should obviously be reported upstream but I'll let you do this part.
