Bug #1036743 in kleborate reported by you has been fixed in the
Git repository and is awaiting an upload. You can see the commit
message below and you can check the diff of the fix at:

I haven't checked closely yet, but I suspect the .ndb and .ntf
should be removed from the .deb and rely entirely on mkaeblastdb
to produce the files. Looking that up…

not part of bookworm, hence the crash there. Adjusting the
--override to direct it to libgfortran-12-dev fixes the issue.
