Moreover adding dpatch dependency seems to be crap, because I don't
think fuse source needs dpatch at all.
A proper fix would be to figure out why module building targets does
depend on dpatch.

It worked fine on all other build daemons and is not linked with

I removed mucipher.i from the sources list in Mucipher/python/SConscript.
