suil package is still broken for gtk2 on qt4 UIs, because suil expect gtk2
dev libs to be preset on the system.
please add this to debian/rules configure:
--gtk2-lib-name=libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0
so that suil works for someone without libgtk2.0-dev installed.
