OK, so adding `plymouth-quit.service` anywhere at `display-manager.service` breaks the boot sequence. Why is it? I read this old report on Fedora where they masked the Plymouth service as a Q patch. Perhaps may be useful? https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=817462
