Bug#942404: Tests seem to work again

2020-04-11 Thread Liubov Chuprikova
Hi Paul, I tried hard but wasn't able to reproduce the bug (in a clean chroot). Even for the stable version (2.3.0-2) tests are passing (several times in a row). Looking at the debci logs [1], tests are passing for quite some time. Do you think, it makes sense to keep it longer? Best regards,

Bug#936802: kmer: Python2 removal in sid/bullseye

2020-04-11 Thread Liubov Chuprikova
Hi Andreas, As I mentioned during today's Jitsi meeting, kmer builds and all the tests passed in a clean sbuild schroot. Should we close the bug and make a release then? Regards, Liubov

Hi, I was trying to figure out the reason for the failure but without any success. It appeared that the error is reproducible with the upstream's source version, so I have just opened an issue [1] to inform the upstream about this bug. [1] https://github.com/cbcrg/tcoffee/issues/13 With

Bug#890993: (Bug#890993) primer3 FTBFS on big endian: test failure

2018-05-25 Thread Liubov Chuprikova
Hi Andreas, Hi all, I tried to figure out what exactly could cause the failure. The error refers to the test files in the kmer_lists directory that are in binary format. It seems they were generated on a little-endian architecture, that is why the test fails on big-endian when it tries to verify
