I doesn't know why only I see it. /etc/init.d/fcron does not have rm -f
pidfile. And fcron on start see pid file and silently exit. The patch is

system without a webcam is perfectly reasonable.
May be will be convenient make virtual packages libpt-plugins-audio and
libpt-plugins-video? And put they in depends and suggests.
