the upload of lshw 02.19.git.2021.06.19.996aaad9c7-1 was done starting
from 02.18.85-0.5, meaning that neither 02.18.85-0.6 nor 02.18.85-0.7
are
in the past (when I
used to maintain poppler), but it happened once and indeed it was due
to an incomplete dist-upgrade. IMHO this will not happen in
oldstable->stable dist-upgrades, as everything will be build with the
newer libraries, and hopefully the dist-upgrade will be done fully.

Sorry if I seem harsh: LLVM is a key component in a modern Debian
system, so uploading new versions and providing almost no help on
problems does not seem like a good idea for the distribution.

Because of it, xbase64 was removed from testing a couple of months ago,
and now it will prevent calligra (which ships a sybase access driver
for kexi) to migrate to testing.

attached there is a patch to move the (build-)dependency from libc6
to libc-bin (which depends on the same version of libc).
This allows to build and install faketime again on architectures
where libc is named differently
