While uninstalling and installing libreoffice-writer2xhtml version 1.0.2-8 on
amd64, the erroneous behaviour does not occur. However, the default-jre
(1:1.6-47) for that architecture is openjdk-6-jre (6b24-1.11.4-3). Alas, I
cannot test other JREs now.

Which is unsupported. And can't (at least not without a hughe
overhead)
fixed anymore given unstable is already as the (suppported) 3.5.x-
In this case, will my data on the previous version still be useful for
you or would you like to wait a bit more until I try out 3.5.x?

Actually, the view does not change.
The same happens if we had inserted Tab, Enter, nonbreakable space, etc.
instead of the usual space.
