Great.  Since the changelog for -4 closed #944126, I'm merging these
reports back together and marking them as both fixed in -4, not -3.

I've just done the upgrade from 4.05.0-12 to 4.08.1-4, and I did not
get any error.

Sorry, the version I found this in is 4.08.1-3, as recored on the bug
report.  Version 4.08.1-4 probably does fix this, but I've already
removed the ocaml packages since I didn't actually need them.

It appears that files have been moved both ways between ocaml-base-nox
and ocaml-nox.  The original bug report showed two file conflicts, but
only one of them was fixed.
