When building 'spim' in a clean 'testing' chroot,
I get the following error:
debian/rules clean
dh_testdir
make: dh_testdir: Command not found
make: *** [clean] Error 127
The newer version in sid does not have this problem.

Because non-free packages are only added on the request of the
maintainer.
