Even if the "local" database only contains cached data, the "roxen" database 
and any user-defined 
databases don't. Therefore the FHS, which states that "[t]he application must 
be able to regenerate or 
restore the data", is violated. I think it would be better to put everything 
under /var/lib instead, 
possibly making /var/lib/roxen4/local a symlink to /var/cache/roxen4/local. 
$pcdir could also be left 
where it is now, if possible.
