Hi,

I've just tried to rebuild the packages in a clean chroot, and it
worked fine. So it seems that there was a problem with the buildd
(maybe autoconf2.13 was installed by error as suggested by Michael [1]),
and it's why I close the bugs.

Sorry for the report.
