Indeed, the parisc linux port doesn't use the socketcall wrapper. Could
you try the attached patch?

At least __alpha__ and __ia64__ should be added too.
There are other archs that have a few syscall oddities too, see other
buildd failures on buildd.debian.org/purelibc (I already submitted a bug
for the amd64 failure).
