Bug#475519: dired-x no longer loaded

Hey, what's going on? The stuff in (info (dired-x)Local Variables) used to work without one needing to load any libraries. Apparently somebody moved some load lines out of the site defaults. Here's what I have installed: $ dpkg -l emacs\*|perl -anwle 'print @F[0..2] if /^i/' ii emacs 22.2+1-1 ii
