During a rebuild of all packages in sid, your package failed to build on
amd64.
Relevant part:

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on about 50 AMD64 nodes
of the Grid'5000 platform, using a clean chroot. Internet was not
accessible from the build systems.

Version: 1.6.3-1
GDAL Grass plugin depends strictly on both Grass and GDAL versions. This is well
known and building fails to make it evident, in order to avoid building not
aligned versions.
(which would be broken at run-time). Thanks for reporting, anyway.
