dvi2ps is now uninstallable in sid, because it depends on libkpathsea4, but libkpathsea5 is now shipped by texlive-bin. [1] However, dvi2ps doesn't appear to work anyway with the new libkpathsea5. [2] Maybe that bug report needs to have a higher severity.
