Maybe, this has already been adressed in some way, but I believe there
might be a legal problem with this package.

In the file twolame-0.3.12/libtwolame/fft.c there is the following
comment: (starts at line 27, only part of it shown here)

In my opinion, this does not really seem to be unencumbered code.
