Starting with 7u3-2.1.6-1, OpenJDK-7 isn't built anymore on mips and mipsel; the OpenJDK-7 version in experimental did fail to build for more than half a year. In order to keep an option to update wheezy to the version in experimental, the mips and mipsel binaries are not built anymore in unstable.
