I've removed the ll2utm and utm2ll binaries and man pages from the direwolf
package, which were conflicting with the package drawmap.
The two man pages have been removed from the source package and the binaries
are no longer installed in the Makefile. You can see the changes in the

Because they are part of the direwolf distribution and referenced in the
documentation. They are not just existing utilities that are included from
somewhere
