detected is 22.0.0.209

I updated the get-upstream-version.pl script. That solves the "references wrong
version" aspect, using Juanjo Benages' suggestion. I've also updated the
checksum files so the newest 11.* version of the Adobe Flash Player is now
installed, covering Ingo's concern.
