libtesseract3 includes data files in /usr/share/tesseract-ocr/tessdata. That filename is not versioned. After a soname bump, the new library package will thus conflict with libtesseract3. Such behaviour is forbidden by Debian Policy section 8.2: | If your package contains files whose names do not change with each | change in the library shared object version, you must not put them in | the shared library package.
