Good morning,I would attire your attention on the changes you've made in systemd service file regarding the issue discussed in #864162
From my point of view, those changes were not needed. The correct way which worked in previous version:
1. Edit /etc/default/opendkim 2. Execute /lib/opendkim/opendkim.service.generate 3. Execute systemctl daemon-reload && service opendkim restart That alll.See also: https://github.com/i-MSCP/plugins/blob/master/incubator/OpenDKIM/backend/OpenDKIM.pm#L602
