Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

I upgraded to VLC3 from Synaptic's Mark All Updates option, the bug started
here.

I ran a complete purge of all VLC packages and reinstall via rebuild from
source.

No results, bug persisted

When you find the time to provide the data, we can still try to figure out the
problem. It appears that you also reported the issue upstream
(https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?t=144738). The log there suggests that
you have a git version of vlc installed somehow (VLC media player 4.0.0-dev Otto
Chriek (revision 4.0.0-dev-3262-g5a59782d45)). So this is nothing we can fix.

Cheers
