This problem was introduced by
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/tracker/commit/ee07c990
Here are some options:
1) We could revert that commit but maybe that's not a good idea. Apps
would still emit warnings when the tracker libraries can't find those
ontology rules.
2) We could have the apps that
