Presentty (build-)depends on the python-pbr binary package which is no longer built by the corresponding source package. There is a bug report questioning whether said dependency is really necessary ( https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=780009 ) , but even if it is not and removing it works as a short term fix, you really need to think about migrating to python3 if your package is going to stay around in the long term.
