I would suggest to use RuntimeDirectory= instead (in conjunction with
RuntimeDirectoryPreserve= if the data need to survive the restart of the

Well, apparently mkdir -p doesn't fail if the directory already exits
(only mkdir does), downgrading the severity of this bug.
Still, using RuntimeDirectory= is de prefered ways of creating such
