AFAIK, after upgrading to Linux 5 and/or when I upgraded to 1.20.0-1
network-manager, my wifi becomes spotty.
The signal itself is fine (and my smartphone's wifi is just fine), but suddenly

The only qt4 rdeps remaining are:
* odin (#875065)
* qsapecng (#875138)
Gudjon, please remove the qt4 support from qwt to fix this issue, and
leave those two packages (which have their own RC bugs) to be fixed (or
removed) at a later time.
