Bug#912593: sagemath has unfulfillable build-dependencies
Control: tags -1 + pending This bug is easy enough to fix, however it doesn't make sense to upload a new version at the moment due to #912980. debian/control is in .gitignore because it is generated in debian/rules from debian/control.in, mostly to avoid writing the control fields for all the documentation packages in different languages. Control: tags -1 + ftbfs Hi Maintainers This causes reproducible builds of sagemath [1] to FTBFS (depwait) currently. BTW, it seems really odd to me to have /control in /debian/.gitignore [2]. A package should *never* have specific runtime libraries as a dependency, these should be handled by the corresponding -dev packages.
