I am working on building a CD with Debian lenny base, with some local
packages and their dependencies.
Using debian-cd/easy-build.sh, I was able to get a base install ISO
with my local packages on it.
I see that the ISO contains about 1100+ packages in the pool directory
and weighs in at ~670MB

IMO a proper solution would ensure the licence dialog gets displayed before
the firmware first gets loaded by the installer.
