Add a new program to Debian

Hi all! I'm not sure if this is the right list to answer this, so please, sorry me if I'm wrong. What have I do to suggest to Debian maintainers to add a new program in the distribution? I written a GPL Boot Manager and I think that it could be a good idea to add it in Debian. Thanks. --
