Traditional Chinese to be deactivated in Debian Installer

Hi, According to Christian Perrier's blog post, Traditional Chinese is going to be deactivated in Debian Installer because of its sublevel1 and/or sublevel2 isn't complete. Anyone who would like to help this out please contact Perrier at bubulle At debian.org.
