If you're going to rename the tag (and risk breaking something else that might be relying on it), then I think it would make more sense to match the content (and the term in the constitution) and use . I'm all for that, but in this bug I'm trying to bring the actual web content up to date (including but not limited to the above changes.) Tag changes are IMO a separate matter.
