Some questions about the GR voting

Hi, I have two questions about the GR voting going on (I'm not subscribed to debian-vote, unfortunately, and somebody even wanted me to be banned :( ) 1) If a DD (the only persons able to vote?) change their mind, can they do so before the deadline, or is their vote set in stone once issued? 2)
