that familiar with ucf and this is the first time i implemented it.

haya que hacer alguna modificación para que compile o
algo así, en otros sistemas que no sean Debian, no
deberías usar paquetes nativos.
Lo lógico es crear un fichero .tar.gz que contenga el
código fuente del programa independiente
