ACK.

And to answer the question, the statically linked binary from the
opera-12.16-1860.x86_64.linux.tar.xz does actually work.

I'm yet sure if this question was more trolling then anything else.
Nobody should browse the internet with a browser from 2013 in 2019.

Debian doesn't ship Opera.
