I can't find offhand what #1393 was (I haven't searched my archives).
iw...@cus.cam.ac.uk used to be me.  (Indeed the entire BTS ran out of
that account for the first bit of its life, but I don't think that's
relevant here.)

There is no record of #1393 in the BTS but it appears that we have a
copy of it in the debian-devel archives:
