~ in builddirs caused libtool to fail

Hi all, the new ~ in packagenames and builddirs doesn' fit well. The problem is caused by the fact that there is a ~ in the directory name. Libtool uses ~ as a separator. [1] Is there a way to avoid this or should we use the old packagenames - alsa-tools-1.0.12+1.0.13rc2 instead of
