   * Changed the init script : it now calls a wrapper script for starting the
     daemon. Thus, the umask may be set before launching gwd. Closes: #219779
   * Corrected UTF-8 errors in changelog
   * Changed the "daemon" choice in debconf templates to "always on" which
     will lower the jargon use. Closes: #218882
   * Rewrote the long Description: field for this template
   * Corrected the comments in the default /etc/default/geneweb file
     as the settings may now be changed manually
   * Prospectively added dh_buildinfo to debian/rules. New Build-Depends on
     dh-buildinfo
   * Updated debconf translations : ca da de es fr it nl pt_BR
