* Fixed a bug introduced in 1:1.7.2debian-22 which caused the creation
of broken X-Trace headers.
* Fixed a bug in the recommend_ID patch which caused articles without
a Message-ID to be refused by innd.
* New patch: overlapping_strcpy.
* Stop creating /etc/news/organization if it does not exist, as it's
not even used by this inews. (Closes: #210470)
