* Fix potential buffer overflow in uucpd.
Thanks to Matthew Grant <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> for pointing it
out and providing a patch.
* Fix uucp crontab problem: The old crontab was mangled upon upgrade.
Make a new one in /etc/cron.d/uucp and ignore the old one.
Inform user to fix manually via debconf (closes: #134545).
* Depend on debconf (see point above).
Requires some changes to {post,pre}{rm,inst} and rules file.
* Make everything below /etc/uucp/ (including) owned by root.
